I created the Wellbeing Jumpstart for women like you – because I know how easy it is for your own needs to get lost in the busyness of life.

My mission is to empower women to take small, meaningful steps toward thriving – in a way that feels practical, achievable, and lasting.

With over 20 years of experience helping people navigate change, I’ve seen how small, focused actions can create life-changing results. That’s why I designed this program to fit into your life, not overwhelm it.

I’m a qualified Positive Psychology Coach with formal qualifications that include a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology and over two decades of experience in managing change, leadership coaching and helping individuals and teams succeed.

This means that I bring together the science of Positive Psychology with real-world expertise to help you create real and sustainable change.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. We'll explore the challenges, and build a plan that works for your unique lifestyle, and ensure that every step feels achievable and grounded in evidence-based practices.
