Hello there,

I'm Alison Gault

 

I am a qualified Positive Psychology Coach and Wellbeing Strategist. I've been partnering with  individuals and teams to support positive, meaningful change for over twenty years.

As I studied my Masters in Positive Psychology, it became apparent that  there are thousands of gifted wellbeing scientists identifying new ways to help people flourish. The catch is, that the people I have been working with are so busy with the everyday juggle that they don't have the time to work out how to tap into this science. 

I made a personal promise that I would dedicate myself to bridging the gap between the wellbeing science and  professional women living busy lives. Busy working women  deserve and need to flourish. It is my mission to help as many people as I can to  live their happiest, most energized thieving life. 

Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am truly passionate about  helping people to thrive in a way that sets them up for a lifetime. I am all about keeping things real, using  practical, accessible and time respectful practices  that fit into  busy lifestyles.
